When these lenses fail what can we do..................................... ?

TO KNOW WHAT WE CAN DO.

         1) We can strip the AR coating or what is left of it.

         2) We can also strip the underlying hard coat on CR39 lenses, which has been put there to provide an

adhesive link between the and coating materials. On Polycarbonate and High Index lenses the hard coat can not be stripped.

TO KNOW WHAT RESULTS FROM THIS PROCEDURE.

          1) All left over's of the old coating are gone and we have a like new crystal clear lens.

           2) Any scratches have been located on the hard coat, and when that is removed so are the scratches.

When lenses have been re- mounted into the frame you will have the feel of brand new lenses.
